Thoughts on Korra Book One

So, as promised, I'm here to give my thoughts on each season of The Legend of Korra. I've managed to finish Book One, and I haven't yet watched any further episodes, so please bear that in mind before you comment. Also, obviously, this journal will contain spoilers for Book One of The Legend of Korra. Anyway, with that being said, what did I think of it? Well, I suppose it's a bit of a mixed bag, but my feelings definitely lean far more towards the negative side than the positive side. I...wasn't a big fan, to say the least. I suppose I should start with the positives first. Positives There was definitely stuff that I liked, but unfortunately, I tended to like the concept more than the actual execution in a lot of cases. This section will unfortunately be shorter than the section on negatives. Firstly, I don't really need to say this, but the animation, action, music etc. are all great. Hey, everyone. I don't know how many of you still pay attention to this site, but I still feel as if I might owe you guys an explanation for my long absence. Long story short, university has been tough, and I've recently taken some exams which have been incredibly stressful for me. The worst is yet to come, I'm afraid, but for the next three months, at least, I've got a break, so I thought I might return to this website and see what's up. Also, I thought you guys might like a few updates from me regarding where my account will go from here. Firstly, I notice that I still have my Lola Loud avatar. Truth be told, I'm done with The Loud House. Throughout Season Four, I couldn't point to one non-Casagrandes episode and say that it was good. Some episodes were decent enough, others were awful, but none were actually good. I waited until Season Five because I hoped that maybe the changes made to the show would breathe fresh life into it.
